Training Plan
The service offered corresponds to ongoing training in property valuation practice. Each week, a one-hour video will be broadcast via Zoom or a similar platform, featuring practical exercises related to the valuation of all types of properties. The registered user will have weekly access to the video, either live or on-demand through the private area.
Additionally, the Training Plan includes discounts on online and in-person courses, discounts on other services, and access to documentation, regulations, and specialized applications. The cost of the Training Plan is €50/month.
Consultation Plan
The service offered includes a technical consultation or the review of a valuation report prepared by the student or an external party. Plan cost (2 options): €150, which includes one technical consultation or the review of a valuation report for a residential or commercial property; €500, which includes six technical consultations or reviews of valuation reports for residential or commercial properties.
The report review service only covers reports concerning residential or commercial properties, with one property per report. For reviews of reports involving other types of properties, a separate quote will be provided. The Plan includes general technical consultations related to the field of valuation. For special technical consultations, a separate quote will also be issued.
