Consultation Plan

The service offered includes a technical consultation or the review of a valuation report prepared by the student or an external party. Plan cost (2 options): €150, which includes one technical consultation or the review of a valuation report for a residential or commercial property; €500, which includes six technical consultations or reviews of valuation reports for residential or commercial properties.

The report review service is limited to reports concerning residential or commercial properties, with one property per report. For reports involving other types of properties, a separate quote will be provided. The Plan includes general technical consultations related to the field of valuation. For special technical consultations, a separate quote will also be provided.
