In-Person Course: Land Valuation

This course is aimed at professionals who currently conduct or intend to carry out land valuations. It offers a practical approach to urban planning concepts and the key elements of the real estate sector, as well as the most commonly used valuation methods for this type of property and the most in-demand purposes.

This course is updated to Order ECM/599/2025 of June 2025, which amends Order ECO/805/2003.

The course includes live sessions (via Zoom), documentation, assessment exercises, consultations with the instructor, and a certificate of attendance.
